Country Barn Estates sits on about twenty private acres near Henderson, close to Lansing, Saginaw, and Owosso. A pond runs through the middle of it, with a wooden bridge to a gazebo on a small island. One of the largest trees on the property was chosen and shaped for a ceremony beneath it. And the barn itself, all 9,000 square feet, has four overhead doors that open to the grounds so the room and the outdoors flow into each other.

Seating for 299 inside, and another 150 to 200 outside with a tent or without one, tables and chairs included either way. Bridal and groom suites, indoor restrooms, climate control, and a fireplace. One wedding happens here at a time, so for that day the property is entirely yours.

The White Barn
9,000 square feet with four overhead doors that open the room to the outside. Seating for 299 inside, and another 150 to 200 outside with a tent or without one. A beverage bar, a fireplace, and climate control throughout.

The Pond & Gazebo
A wooden bridge crosses the pond to a small island with a white gazebo. Walk it like an aisle for the ceremony, or save it for photographs at the end of the day.

The Ceremony Tree
One of the largest trees on the property, chosen and shaped to stand over an outdoor ceremony. Shade for the guests, an open lawn for seating, and the pond close by.

Bridal & Groom Suites
Separate spaces inside the barn to get ready in, with indoor restrooms including ADA stalls right there.

The Onsite Retreat
With the weekend packages, the three-bedroom, two-bath home is yours. A hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, and open views of the grounds, plus an outdoor camping area for guests.

About Twenty Private Acres
Manicured walking paths, open lawn for tents and extra seating, a custom horse-trailer bar out on the grass, and self parking for about 65 cars plus field parking.

Simple pricing

Five packages, from $2,500 to a full wedding weekend.

Weeknight elopements start at $2,500. A Friday-to-Saturday Farm Wedding is $8,000. Add the three-bedroom onsite retreat and it is $15,000, and the weekend packages fold in a Traverse City honeymoon. Every package includes the barn, the grounds, and tables and chairs for your guests.

2026 Availability

Saturdays are the first to go.

Peak-season dates book fastest, and Saturdays go before anything else. If you have a season in mind, it is worth claiming your date before someone else does.

Private viewings run about twenty to thirty minutes, by appointment.
